First Year Foundations

Overview
Bundle

The First Year Foundations Bundle at The Life Church College is designed to establish every student in solid biblical truth, Christ-centered identity, and Spirit-empowered living. This first-year experience is more than an introduction to theology or ministry—it’s a transformative journey that shapes the mind, cultivates the heart, and equips believers to live out their calling with confidence and conviction.

Students are guided through a powerful mix of core Bible doctrines, practical ministry formation, and personal discipleship. The courses provide a balanced rhythm of study, reflection, and service—ensuring that what is learned in Scripture is lived in daily life. Whether you’re preparing for full-time ministry, leadership in your community, or a deeper relationship with God, Year One lays the essential foundation for all that follows.

Throughout this bundle, you’ll explore the grand narrative of Scripture, develop habits that sustain spiritual health, and discover how to apply biblical wisdom in every area of life—from relationships and stewardship to evangelism and leadership. You’ll also learn how to interpret the Bible responsibly, cultivate Christlike character, and build the kind of inner life that produces outward fruitfulness.

This year is about formation before function—learning who you are in Christ before what you are called to do. By the end of your first year, you will not only know what you believe, but why you believe it, and how to live it out with passion and purpose.
