Christian Leadership

Overview

This course provides a biblical and practical foundation for Christian leadership, focusing on the character, vision, and service that mark effective spiritual leaders. Students will study leadership principles from Scripture—drawing from the lives of Moses, Nehemiah, David, Paul, and, above all, Jesus Christ, the ultimate model of servant leadership.

The course examines both the inner life of a leader (character, humility, and spiritual discipline) and the outer expression of leadership (vision, influence, and teamwork). Students will learn how to lead with integrity, inspire others toward God’s purposes, and build healthy, Spirit-led ministries and communities. By the end of the course, participants will understand that true leadership is not about position or power but about serving people according to God’s calling and grace.
