About Wayne
Pastor Wayne Francis serves as the Lead Pastor, alongside his wife Claudene, at The Life Church – New York, located in Westchester County, New York.  Hailing originally from the Bronx, New York, Wayne brings both cultural insight and leadership experience to his role.  He studied Business Management at Indiana Wesleyan University, equipping him with organizational and strategic skills that support his pastoral work. 
Under his leadership, The Life Church New York emphasizes being “one church in many locations” with a vision of serving people, developing leaders, and impacting generations.  Wayne and Claudene are also parents to two teenage daughters, Haleigh and Ryleigh, and they intentionally integrate family life with ministry. 
Wayne’s public presence includes a strong social-media following (for example over 14,000 followers on Instagram) where he shares ministry insights, leadership encouragement, and glimpses into his life as husband, dad, and pastor.  Additionally, his sermons and teaching videos address practical life issues together with Biblical truth, reflecting his heart for leading both the church and his family in a way that honours God and blesses others.
